  It still has a playplace but wow is it depressing compared to the ones I remember as a kid. Still, atleast its something for the kids to burn some energy off on while waiting for messed up orders to be remade.

  They treat door dashers shitty. They will mark order done 10 to 20 minutes before it actually is done. Then they berate door dashers and holds food until the Dasher showes customers delivery details. I will never pick up from this location again. Also I have recorded the staff mistreatment and will post at "door dashers of jacksons mi. Facebook"

  Let me just start acknowledging that at peak times it can be a longer wait than usual. As a former employee. This was absolutely horrendous. Around 9:22 we entered. I looked on their screen. 7 orders, all simple meal orders. And TWO individuals waiting for their order in lobby. 9 orders, all simple. We waited 15 minutes just to have our order taken. Then waited approximately 5 minutes to get said order. By the time we walked out. 22 minutes had passed by. For a Hotcake meal and 2 sandwiches. Also, after all that time you would think they would have everything in the bag right? Nope! Missed a hashbrown, no napkins, no fork. We went back in, got the hasbrown. Only to realize later no fork or napkins. Normally I never take the time to write a review, especially one so lengthy. But this was a absolute failure of service. And sure "Its McDonald's. You get what you pay for." With that being said, even i know I could have done much better. Whether in grill, on table, service. Etc. Do better East Michigan McDonald's. Seriously.

  If you'd like to experience the rudest service available in jackson michigan.Please head over to the east michigan Ave mcdonald's. The weekend morning shift is the worst. The young lady at the drive through window with the giant holes in her ears, won't even acknowledge you.She just practically throws food into your car! She missed one of drinks.
