  didn’t get a single thing on my order right and everything was cold. also fries were really soggy and no salt.

  Very slow service. One visit is good the next it's very slow. It's a good thing my husband likes eating from there like he does.

  Definitely not surprised to see a 2.8 rating, I wish I would’ve done my research before waisting even a dollar on the garbage slop they put together. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and requested for my nuggets be made fresh which I typically Make that request whenever I eat at McDonald’s. I’ve got a couple huffs and puffs noticeable attitude faces, but I’m always asked to wait in a parking spot, and fresh nuggets are provided. But not at this location this is the second time I’ve requested fresh nuggets, and I’ve been given heated up old trash There’s no telling how old the nuggets are they serve me. They were disgusting chewy rubbery trash, but the audacity of this McDonald’s to believe I wouldn’t Be able to tell the difference. And let’s not Forget to mention this year laziness not accommodate a pain Customer when you do nothing but drop nuggets in a fryer And wait for them to finish what’s the hard part if it’s a lady or is it jumping the Nuggets in the fryer make it make sense please

  I went to here after my dentist with my sisters and dad and the soda machine was broken and we asked for are money back and they refused so we didn’t get drinks and the manager was calling someone and we got mad and she called us lazy and saying we can wait for the thing and said in the phone u have to hurry up bc we have some mad customers.

  I usually don't have issues with this location, but it took them 50 minutes in total to provide me a refund Sunday, April 12th. I placed a mobile order for pick-up through drive-thru. I was told to pull forward at the pick-up window because they were waiting on my frappe - okay, no big deal until I sat in my car for 20 minutes before I decided to go inside to see what was going on after seeing car after car leaving the drive thru when I didn't have my bag of food or drink. Going inside didn't make a difference tho. Me and another girl (who was there longer than me) asked for a refund. It took me another 20 minutes just to get a refund for a mobile order. I won't be back to this location for awhile. There's no reason any type of service should take 50 minutes.
