  Went to Jackson store 2 months ago at 1:30 pm. 6 people were standing around waiting for their order. (Very unusual). I Waited 15 minutes for my sandwich. I use to have my sandwich before I could fill my fountain drink. The staff was not in any hurry to fill the orders. Went to Brooklyn store today, expecting better results. Nope. Waited another 15 minutes for my order. I guess freaky fast is in the past. Never again!

  Slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been at. 3 cars ahead of me in drive thru with a minimum of 15 minute wait! Freaky fast is not a part of the business model at this location.

  Freaky slow and incorrect. I placed an order today at 4:30. I showed up 17 minutes later to pick up my order (no one was in tue drive ahead of me) and after sitting at the window for 2 minutes someone came to my wind and said they were starting to make our subs. I finally got my order at 5:04 after having to tell her what size one of my drinks was and how many subs I had. When i finally drove the 15 mins home amd opened my order my subs were wrong and included ingrediants i had requested were removed. Very unsatisfied.

  Do not pick up delivery orders in this place. Everytime I get an order I go in to pick it up only to be told the customer already picked up the order. If it's delivery order the customer can't pick it up without canceling first and they should make sure. Waste of time and money Everytime. Won't take any more order from here ever again.
