- LBleviathan boiApr 29, 20261.0I would leave 0 if I could, the burger was mid, lettuce was mushy as hell, and I won't lie what were you doing when I asked for a lettuce wrap? It was all chopped mushy lettuce, the good take away is the small Cajun fries. They were the only saving grace
- NSNicole StottApr 23, 20262.0I ordered on their app, they sent the driver with a completely incorrect order. There’s no way through the app to connect with five guys, so we went there, in person. Just trying to get our order as we’re two people, and only received one (completely wrong) cheeseburger. The person working up front seemed to relish telling us “the driver confirmed the order” and its “out of their hands” … whose hands packed the bag? What kind of business with integrity conducts themselves in such a manner? I paid for something I didn’t receive and they delighted in telling me it’s not their problem? Just as a note- I contacted the driver, he was lovely and said “I just picked up what they gave me.” Exactly , he doesn’t pack the bags or make the food. I was excited for my favorite burger spot to come to my hometown. Now I’m not sure I’ll ever give them my hard earned money again. This place sucks.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
