Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. Employees were very friendly and the food was amazing I had the bacon cheeseburger, fries and coffee shake. The burger was awesome you get to choose your toppings it was perfection. The fries are very very good and portion? Wow had to take home, feeds more then enough people and the shake was to die for . Great place

Sunday, 6th 3:30pm the gentleman I spoke to would not give a name he was the male manager on duty this date and time. Place they order on Wednesday once I received it everything was Stone Cold old fries cold burgers and just ultimately disgusting call the store got no response called the 800 number I was told that the store will reach out to me Friday came around still no response as well as Saturday on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. I called the store and a Male Manager answer the phone as I was speaking he placed a speaker up to the phone that drowned me out and made a extremely loud noise he got back on the phone and asked me to repeat myself again and did the same thing this time he just pressed a button to tone out what I was saying. He was extremely rude and nonchalant told me he only works one day a week and he's not going to do s*** to fix the order all he's going to do is take my number down then he hung up. I called back and he proceeded to do the same thing which was press buttons ignoring me when I asked him what his name was he continued to press buttons I'll let him know that the call was being recorded he continued to press buttons. He then got back on the phone and told me that I need to stop calling he took my number down off the caller ID and that I can call back if I wanted to he's just going to hang up because he already addressed my issue " but he did not" I asked them could I come in in person and explain the situation he didn't responded by saying no told me that I sounded like a black irritating b**** and if I came in there he'd recognize my voice and he would not help me with the issue. Luckily I have great patience and don't react to ignorance but I did want to let you guys know that this behavior is unacceptable and with someone like him having the role of manager makes your company look bad I for sure will never come back to this location again.
