  This location always gets my very simple order wrong and frequently misses other items.

  They constantly mess up my order everytime I come there. I usually get Dez as my representative manager is extremely rude and I get the same exact order atleast 4 days a week an they tried over charging 2 days back to back. The manager told me its not their problem and he dont care. I dont care either I spend $20 every time I come sometimes come 2-3 times in one day. I guess ill just save my money from now on or go to frosty boy or something!

  Prepared my cart online about 30mins to jackson then once I was done with my stop in jackson i pushed through my order it said it would be done and ready by 908pm and my gps said i would be there by 907pm i got to the place at 907 i got in line i got upto the window a gjy greeted me very nicely then said no one started or saw my order (oh well not a big deal in hindsight its crazy they never saw it with how many were inside and how long my order had been om stand by) so they are making it now then a couple minutes go by and a older guy i assume the manager came by and ask who if i was there for Johnathan and im like yep and he seemed a little annoyed or upset with the staff he eventually came back and had be pull up and told me he would bring out the stuff when it was ready so i pulled up waited a bit 2 cars behind me go by and get there order then after about 5 to 10mins the younger guy came out and brought me my food but they forgot my sons milk so i had to ask for that then as i was waiting i noticed there were no ranches then after he brought them out me and my kids took off it was late and we wanted to head home well.... i should have checked the rest of the bag i was missing my french fries :( and on top of that it wasnt until we were half way home that the kids realised we didnt get our ice cream dad!! (Which came with their kids meal) i went out of my way to come to this place and instead it was a terrible experience and i feel like i got jibbed by a food place for how much was left out from the get go fix your stuff dq not cool

  Went friday night and waited 20+ minutes for two blizzards, one of which was incorrect. Staff were making comments about not wanting to be at work and would roll their eyes when customers walked in.

  Me and my family are done going to this DQ. Somehow unless the owner is there nothing is made right. An hour ago they tried to hand me someone elses order. Then took the scream back and handed to the right person on counter after they had already handed it to me. It should have been thrown out. All the while my fries are sitting there getting cold. When i finally do receive my ice cream its already melting to a liquid more like a shake than a blizzard. There was no fudge even though it was supposed to be on top. I also paid for reecees to be added in either the cookie dough and there was only toppings Right On Top. That's it. Its supposed to be a blizzard. But it was basically just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of cookie dough and reecees sitting on top... That's it.... Completely fed up
