  I was kind of nervous to go to seven brew for the first time I wanted to order a somewhat complicated tiktok drink but to my surprise when I got there the girl who helped me her name was lyndsay ? Not sure if that’s spelled right but she was so welcoming and friendly and really helped me out I found my new obsession thank you so much lyndsay you rock my drink was phenomenal and I wrote down some of her suggestions I can’t wait to try I can’t wait to keep coming back! Music wasn’t too loud when I went on Friday but everyone there seemed so happy and wanting to be there! Recommending to all my friends and family !

  It was my first time going through 7 brew before and Lyndsey helped explain everything on the menu and walked me through all of the options they offered there’s a lot I have never been she was very happy to help explain and customize the perfect drink for me! AND I LOVED IT SHOUT OJT TO HER!!! She even let me know about their muffin tops! I LOVED the blueberry one she recommended! I loved her vibes and the music of the place everyone was energetic and loved to be there! I will be back !

  My last two times there have been horrible. The first time I got the wrong drink after waiting 30 minutes. I did not try it till I got home 10 miles away. I went back the next day and they worked not replace it. They said I needed to come back the same day for them to replace it. Then they messed up on my order again with the wrong size . They world not replace it unless I provided the additional cost and wanted to use my card to cancel and then recharge it. When Starbucks mess up on a drink they replace it without any issue. You don’t have to drive back the same day . I have tried discussing this and no one responds .

  This was the third consistent time ordering on the app, I get there and pay, then it 'disappears'... ive watched customers behind me 2 cars get their drinks, one by one. There's like 7 employees but only one actually making them or something? I shouldn't have to wait 26 minutes for a mobile order when im the 2nd car in a 3 car line to the point where the cars that line up behind me get their drinks first and are WAITING FOR ME. And while I'm waiting for my missing drink, the girls are just sitting next to my car window gossiping. I really enjoy the drinks, I do, but the service needs a lot of work. Im not sure if theres ever management on site, because there doesn't ever seem to be.

  I absolutely LOVE 7 Brew! The drinks are always delicious, and there are so many different flavors and combinations that I never get bored. I especially love all the sugar-free options because I can still get something that tastes like a treat without all the sugar. What really makes 7 Brew stand out, though, is the people. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and welcoming, and they make you feel like they’re genuinely happy to see you. Even when they’re busy, the line moves quickly and the service is great. 7 Brew has definitely become one of my favorite places to stop. Great drinks, great energy, and great people. I’m a very happy repeat customer and highly recommend them! ❤️☕
