  We had a part of 5 & were seated right away & treated very nicely. Their pizza seems to be making a comeback quality - wise. For the first time in years I'd dare say I liked what I ate there.

  My food was nukewarm. I didn't get my breadsticks and I definitely didn't get none of my sauce and my order was like 20 minutes late

  Best Pizza Hut ever they make my food perfect every single time and they help me save money when I can with their deals 12 bucks for a Large 10 topping and their new hand tossed dough is AMAZING ❤️ God bless you all at Ionia Pizza hut you are truly INCREDIBLE ❤️

  I had the opportunity to dine in at this store a few weeks ago. My wife and I were passing through town with my parents and we decided to stop for some ‘za at The Hut. Friday nights at Pizza Hut used to be a family tradition with my folks, although I admit I haven’t been to a dine in Pizza Hut in several years. The pizza was fine, nothing extraordinary, but the “waitress” was off putting right from the start. There was absolutely no one else in the dining room when we arrived and I got the sense she was irritated to see we were dining in. The meal was satisfactory, we ordered three large pizzas and told the waitress we would be taking a bunch home when we ordered. When we were finished eating I asked for a couple boxes to take home our leftovers, which was more than two entire pies. When she returned with two small one slice capacity boxes, I at first thought she was being humorous. I told her we would need more boxes and suggested a couple large pizza boxes would be great. She returned with two more of the tiny one slice boxes! At this point I was a little perturbed and said “if that’s all you have, I’ll need a dozen more” all the while eyeing the several stacks of regular cardboard pizza boxes readily observable in the back. She said those tiny paper boxes would fit three or four slices. I said I didn’t want to stack my pizza together in a tiny box! She then told me, straight to my face, that “management told her they can only give regular pizza boxes to take out customers”. I was frankly bewildered, and seriously wondered if I was being pranked by my dad or something. She was dead serious! When I asked point blank if she was seriously denying my request for a cardboard pizza box, she stormed to the back and returned with one regular pizza box. Again we had more than two entire pies leftover! At that point I was done with her and this stupid restaurant and simply told her to go back and get me another damn box! She complied begrudgingly and proceeded to patronize me by asking in a sarcastic tone “is there anything else I can do for you sir”? Needless to say I am disheartened that this is what passes for customer service these days. That lady should not be working anywhere she can come into contact with other people. For the record our bill was in excess of $80.00 for three pizzas, breadsticks and sodas for 4. And believe it or not, I still left a 15% tip just on principle!

  I’d like to say the food was great The lady that was on the phone was not so much My Employee called back to add to our order and she asked Rudely, would this be it. As if she didn’t wanna have to keep answering the phone I ask my Employee to call back and order my Pizza on my contractors order and she said if you call and put it under your name, she didn’t wanna call back If this was my company, I would wanna know this Also, I believe in the food industry if you have time to lean, you have time to clean (photos attached) Again, I would very much recommend the food. It was wonderful.
