  No point of doing an online pick up if they just gonna take half a century to make a sandwich. Thought it was for convenience but you’re better off just going in. Missed my lunch and I won’t be going back for future lunches.

  I ordered online on the app. Put my specific modifications that I wanted they did the opposite and didn’t do everything I asked for. I paid for extra cheese they didn’t give me my extra cheese. They didn’t give me my chips so I grabbed them. The door was broken the table was broken. Never again makes me wanna paint the town red. #dojacat

  Do not order for delivery. They hire out the delivery people. Ordered at 8:02 and received my order after an hour of waiting. Literally the store was closing at 9pm and I got a text that the delivery was leaving at 8:58pm and would take 9 minutes. From getting deliveries made incorrectly and delay on delivery, you’re probably better off ordering through grub hub than direct.

  the girl that took our order was not attentive to what we ordered or what we didn’t want on our sandwich missed a entire sandwich that we had to go back and add, every sandwich had be remade there was no communication between the staff as to what needed to happen after order was placed will not be coming back
