- BJB. J.May 25, 20261.0I cant give negative stars or I would. Im filing a complaint with corporate. I placed an order on Sunday 5/24 for 2 LG pizzas and parmesean bites at just passed 2300 hours. Delivery time was supposed to be around 2330 hours. They waited for several other orders to be completed, pushing my delivery time further and further out. At 2357 hours, I called the store asking where my order was as it was now 30 minutes past. The manager on duty stated if i didn't like the wait, to place my order at a different time. I work 3rd shift at a prison and I ordered for my staff. There wasn't a better time. I asked him to make it right for the unnecessary extra wait time since he didn't want to make his driver do multiple trips and the manager hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional. The delivery instructions were to place it at the front desk. I never received my order. I called the other facilities to see if it was delivered there and they both said no. At shift change at 0600 hours on Monday 5/25, a 1st shifter said it had been left on the floor by the locked side doors. The delivery guy never even called and to place my food o m the floor.... WTH... these ppl clearly need fired. So im going to make sure my voice is heard and this is corrected. Absolutely appalling and disgusting
