  I've been to this location twice on my way to work, and each time was a very unpleasant experience. The first time I went there, I was asked to pull ahead to the next window to wait for my order. Six vehicles went through the window behind me before the kid finally brought my food out. When he opened the window, all I said was, "Boy, that took a while." The kid literally threw the bag at me through the window and slammed the window shut. The last time I went through there, the lady on the speaker was extremely rude. She asked me if I wanted to round up for charity, and I said, "No, I'm all set." She yelled back at me, "Sir, I don't know what that means. Can't you just say yes or no?" They are very rude there, and they all seem angry. If you're looking for service with a smile, don't go here. Go to the Burger King right down the road. They always have a great attitude!

  I have had issues at this location the last 2 times. It’s new so I understand they need to work things out but they should shut off the use of their app if they can’t get the orders processed.

  Wow! We stopped in here 2 consecutive days while visiting relatives. Simply wanted to pay for a sandwich and a coffee with coins ( I was trying to get rid of), but the cashier had NO idea how to count cash!! After trying a couple times, she had to call over the manager to count $3.XX worth of coins! SO sad. And then I wanted to do the survey on the receipt to get a BOGO option on future purchase. However, their survey codes DO NOT WORK! Every time you enter it, it states invalid. After looking at how BAD their reviews are, I'm starting to think that the restaurant made it so that people CANNOT submit surveys, since, based on their 2 star Google rating, they don't want to hear ANY more feedback! I WILL NOT return to thos location on future visits!

  The customer service is great in the drive thru but come on 14 dollars an hour for their employees is a joke! Pay your employees!!! I miss the one across the street wayyy better at least you could walk in the door and see a friendly face!

  Made me cry. Little backstory for ya, As I pulled into my girlfriend’s driveway I knew something was off. She had been crying for 2 hours and seemed inconsolable. After comforting her for a while, I brought up the idea of going to get some ice cream to cheer her up. She seemed to come out of her shell and we got in the car to go. As we pulled in, I was expecting great things. New building, shining pavement, this place had it all. At the window we placed our order and waited, (for a while), but eventually our ice cream came out in the form of 2 McFlurrys. We began to tear up the McFlurrys, and from the first bite I could tell something was off. These had absolutely no flavor, how does ice cream get messed up? Long story short my girlfriend was not the only one crying that evening. 0/10 would not recommend. PSA it made me really gassy.
