Also, the food, especially the hash browns tasted like they were fried in a chemical. Almost like the fryer wasn't rinsed properly after cleaning it. The quality of food at McDonald's is becoming barely edible. You can get better and healthier food for the same money at many of the sit down restaurants nearby. I am done with McD's.

I was on the phone with him the whole time and could hear the staff member being rude, talking over us, and even accusing my friend of lying about having two sandwiches. They said there was a “glitch in the app,” but the situation could have been handled politely and clearly. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unnecessary.
