    After not taking my DQ gift card they had me and my children wait 28 minutes for two blizzards and an ice cream cone. We Just sat there watching 4 customers come in and get their orders and leave. the 4 on the floor seen us sitting there waiting. me and three children. After kids went up and asked …. They made our order. Not one employee or “manager” apologized. Barely filled the cups on our blizzards too. This is why I go to ROMEO. Never again. Romeo is busy with way more traffic and I’ve never waited this long. I think they did it intentionally because when I showed them proof the DQ card had money on it and said I used it at Romeo with no problem…..I think they didn’t wanna hear that nor take any accountability. It is what it is. Was what it was.

    Went to the Imlay City Dairy Queen drive thru and ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. It was nothing but vanilla ice cream and a few pecans. I was thinking maybe the toppings were at the bottom but there was no chocolate or caramel. When I got home I called the restaurant to tell them and was told they wanted proof like a picture of the blizzard. The man said without proof he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t even offer an apology or anything. He said come back and I will make you another one but you will have to pay for it. I will not be going back to them at the price they charge for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Not good business by any means.

    So gross when you eat there now and what ice cream place doesn't have sprinkles!!!! Place gone way down hill.
