  I was getting food on my way home from work, I got a crunchwrap meal. I was expecting it to be fine because I’ve came here before and never had any issues, I was wrong. I got home and opened the bag and it was a MESS. Stuff was all over the crunchwrap bag, I opened it up and it was partly unwrapped and stuff was falling out of it. I attempted to grab it and it started actively unwrapping in my hand and even more stuff was falling out. I drove back to get it remade. I went through the drive-thru again thinking it would be easier because I had a receipt but no. The manager came to the headset and was just saying he “didn’t remember a crunchwrap” at the time I ordered (there was no was no one behind me in line and it was almost 10:30pm I just wanted to go home and eat) and I was telling him I had a receipt. He then was saying he “couldn’t find it” even though I JUST told him I had a receipt. When I pulled up to the window he then said he found it and looked at the receipt. They remade my order and when I opened it water was DRIPPINGGGGG out everywhere. I just ate it until it got to the soggy tortilla part from the water. So much for a crunchwrap.

  This location is the worst one in the area. All im going to say. Go to grandville or jenison they have better service.

  Great service with super friendly and helpful staff. The food it’s super fast. The place is clean.
