- PBpamela beekman2 days ago5.0This store has struggled I believe with keeping employees but the employees they do have are very kind, friendly and they make their refreshers with CARE and TASTY. The McDonalds East Grabd River employees are snotty , unfriendly appear stressed and over worked and they take no care into the drinks(refreshers) and how they make them . BUT Howell West Grand River they CARE!! Thankyou to who ever (gives it a thought when making your refreshers!!! I’d rate your store with a 10+ but East Grand River I stopped going to !!! Keep up Howell West Grand River !!!! Top Job!!!!!
- TPTristan PatrickMay 7, 20261.0Went through the drive-thru 2 weeks ago, and they had me go to the curb to wait and they forgot about me for 30 min and I had to go in to get my food, then today when I went through the drive thru and was sitting at the screen for 10 min, I was told the store isn’t opening till 10 more minutes even though it’s 6PM and the car in front of me got to order and get their food. Never going to this McDonald’s again, i recommend the one by VGs.
