  I was sitting at the speaker for 16 minutes. No long line. Another car pulls up to the other speaker, at this point I’ve turned off my car bc gas is way too expensive to be just idling like that and wasting my gas. Even though I was sitting there for a good 10 minutes before the second car shows up, they then take his order first. I was fuming at this point I’ve already had a long day and I was just grabbing food for my husband. I understand being understaffed I get it I’ve worked in the fast food industry. But to wait 16 minutes no communication on anything at that point it just felt like they were trying to get less customers. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. And then getting my food I received cold fries and was also sitting at the window for another 5 minutes after waiting in line behind two people for another 4 minutes. So in total I was there 25 FREAKING MINUTES

  We ordered a McDouble plain. Specifically said meat and bun. Specifically said no cheese, no pickle, no onion no mustard no ketchup. The said ok. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for our food. When we got it the ticket said “cheese only” and the burger had cheese. I had to go into the store. I told the person “meat and bun”. They made another burger. The second one came and he asked me “is it ok it has onions?” I said “no. Meat and bun”. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got what we asked for.” There were 6 employees doing nothing the entire time I was there. I spent 30 minutes getting a double plain hamburger.

  Stopped to have food on our way to GR. Was a McDonald's in a gas station. Seemed a bit busy. Some staff appeared overwhelmed but food came out as the formula said it should!

  It was chaos. We ordered 3 burgers and a fry and they couldnt find it and we even told them what we ordered and they'd ask us about the wrong food. Finally gave them our receipt and got our food. It was Luke warm and a complete mess. One burger wasnt even in a wrapper. The sauce we got on the side was in a chicken nugget box and spilling out. Ive never had such a bad experience. We didnt even Napkins for the slop of a mess in that bag.

  If you are going through the drive through stay to the inside lane, especially when it's busy. they are taking orders at a 3:1 ratio
