  What happened to Jimmy John’s? They used to deliver your food and 10 minutes. 20 minutes max now the pushing more than one hour or two hours.

  45 minute delivery a couple miles down the road because they contract Uber eats to do their delivery to save on labor costs. That's frustrating enough on its own but then the sandwich comes with the wrong ingredients. Jimmy, you sold your company to private equity and now it's trash. Good work.

  Ordered a club lulu....there little to no meat on sub. Do better jimmy johns....

  The staff were pretty rude especially the girl working at the register right now. I had never been to jimmy John’s before and didn’t know how it worked I guess? I looked at the menu for a while, then I ordered the turkey tom cheapest meal deal or whatever and the girls like “k over there” i was like what? I’m trying to order…she’s like ohhhhh. I repeated myself and she was Rang me up for some $15 meal deal, I said no I wanted the cheapest one the 8.99 one… then they give me my sub with no bag or anything and I said do I get chips …?? They said yeah…I said ok where..??? They showed me where they were… just pretty snotty and not helpful. Food was good though…

  It was really good last year or so. Lately — They didn’t have bread today at a sandwich shop? If it’s gonna be an extra 20- 30 minutes for an order, maybe call or text and say hey we got fresh bread coming out. Order are almost always incorrect. Toasted/not toasted 75% is usually not correct. Cut in half? They never do. Please Don’t ask if you don’t plan on toasting it or cutting in half. ?? I don’t know if the store is too popular for its own good or has just grown too much but the service is really gone downward & 3rd party delivery was so far a horrible experience. Sorry, we love Jimmy Johns but this one might not be for us anymore. We wish you the best. 👍🏼
