(When my daughter clearly said K) "Is that a G??" (it was a T). My daughter kept repeating herself, and the girl said "I don't know what you're saying!!!" So my daughter just gave up and hung up in frustration.

That's frustrating enough on its own but then the sandwich comes with the wrong ingredients. Jimmy, you sold your company to private equity and now it's trash. Good work.
