  Younger looking boy at the window, looked like his name tag said Tyler. He was so friendly and had us laughing so hard! I’d come back just to chat with him.

  Great experience as always. I'll add that the bell 🔔 by the door is a but loose. So a lot of people must like the service because that bells been rang for sure.

  Stopped at Arby’s today and unfortunately had a really poor customer service experience. The employee was short, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude from the moment I ordered. “What do you want?” and “How many?” with absolutely no friendliness or effort to provide even basic customer service. All to get my order wrong.. I understand people have bad days, but there’s a difference between being having a bad day and treating customers like they’re an inconvenience..

  I was always a devout fan of the Arby’s by the outlet mall in Howell, but this is my new favorite local Arby’s to take my girlfriend too. The food is always fresh and they provide an abundance of sauces. Which comes in handy, because my girlfriend will put Arby’s sauce on anything. The cheese sticks were extraordinarily delicious compared to any other mozzarella stick I’ve had and the service was quick for how busy they were.
