  ZERO STARS! I have come back to this joint over and over again hoping there has been staff changes. They continue employing people who have a “I don’t care” attitude and it really shows in the food you get here or lack it’s of. In 2021 and 2022 I had multiple wrong orders, the store wouldn’t help and made excuses so I called corporate and they refunded or gave me free food coupons. I have continued to come back here and there and every single time something’s wrong, the last few times there has been absolutely no seasoning on the gyro meat. The Mac and cheese bowl with steak tips was filled up less than halfway, for the price I’m paying it needs to be filled to the very top of the bowl come on. In the photos on arbys website you will see tons of seasoning on the gyros but when you actually get one there is zero seasoning or just a tiny sprinkle. It’s unacceptable. Look at all these awful reviews year after year, this joint never changes, no matter who they hire it’s always people who don’t care to make food properly. Corporate doesn’t care. They should fire every single employee at this place becuase not one of them cares to satisfy the customer the first time, and hire people who actually have passion for fast food, which there are in this world. I guess when the manager does an interview at this location they just ask, when can you work and that’s probably it, no “do you like working in fast food” or “do you like to please customers” or “will you ensure you make our menu properly up to standard”..I highly bet the manager doesn’t ask anything like that. . I will NEVER come back to this location ever again as long as I or my whole family lives I’m done you have had enough chances and you’ve just lost more customers now.

  I had been wanting to try the steak nuggets for a while. They were very disappointing as was the potato bowl they were paired with. No flavor, no yum.

  Waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru with one person in front of me. Fries weren't fresh.

  Usually when someone orders a beef and cheddar, that insinuates that they want the cheese on the sandwich 😑 this is the 2nd time this has happened at this store. It’s rather disappointing when you rarely get fast food and go for something as a treat and then get all the way home to find out it’s wrong.
