    1st off, they sell Iced Tea, but offer only sugar (that will not dissolve in a cold drink), no artificial sweetener (like other locations). So, I was forced to forgo a drink. Then, my wife and I sat down to eat, after they said they would bring my potato cakes out to me. They NEVER DID! When we were done eating, I went up to ask about my potato cakes. Staff was just talking, and it took awhile to get there attention. The potato cakes had been done the whole time. Just sitting and getting cold. What makes it worse. We were the only two customers, with at least 4 staff members working. HORRIBLE, and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    Ordered a thing of Curly fries and it was basically the bottom of the bag which were over cooked and not edible.
