  Very disappointed and hurt by staff on may 17,2026 at 5pm Mobile ordered my food at 419 arrived at 445pm to wait 25 mins in drive thru only car. To find we had tomatoes on our food. I am very allergic. Brought the food back in and got attitude. To them completely messing up the order to the point I had to then make meals for everyone when I got home to find we still had tomatoes on one of tacos! Proof in pictures!! The chicken nuggets look disgusting to. Called back up there to report it and they called my husband a liar!

  Horrible service, terribly slow, bad food, everything was just bad. Went through the drive through and the workers were very rude and a little aggressive handing the straws for the drinks over. Then when I ordered nacho fries they didn’t even come seasoned and the cinnamon twist were hard and not seasoned either. I understand it was an hour before close but still service and food should not have been that bad. Do better.

  Nothing but good service and order is always correct. People need to get another hobby and stop posting negativity. Its about time Howard City gets some fast food restaurants. I'm sure you all will have something to say about McDonald's as well. Great service Taco Bell, keep it up!

  I have never been told that it is against policy to add something to your order at the window until now. I clearly asked if the item was available and ready, they said yes, I asked to add it to my order and was told they can't do that, I would have to go get back in line to order..... this is after already waiting 30 min in line! CRAZY

  We specifically asked for no sour cream no spicy ranch no lettuce and yet they still didn’t follow directions the managers that answered phone call was highly rude do not recommend this place because apparently following customer’s instructions is more than they can handle maybe go back to training on customer service before hiring people who can’t even read. We even requested no sour cream on anything yet apparently they can’t read and waited for an hour and yet they still got it wrong definitely will go somewhere else especially a place that can read directions properly
