  To the tall gentleman with red hair who managed to mangle my food not once, but TWICE. The Cantina crispy taco is my favorite and I’ve never had it look like this. There was absolutely no reason to be rude about it either.

  I am very disappointed in Taco Bell I placed a mobile order an hour before they were supposed to close and then I had to sit in the drive through for an hour because their inside was not open and when we finally got up to the speaker they told us they were closed and we could not order I informed them that I placed a mobile order an hour ago and had been waiting an hour to receive it and they told me it did not matter because they were closed and their system could not check in my order. I personally think that this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced and they really should do better!! We also got up there to order it was 1:01am and they told us that their entire system was down and they could not do anything but the person in front of us was able to order at 1:00am and still received their food while the screen was black!!

  The crew that was working on 4/2/26 at 10 deserves an A+. That was some of the best food and customer service I have ever gotten from tacobell. They were outstanding and should be very proud of their work!

  The interior is disgusting. Needs deep cleaning. Bathroom disgusting. Entry doors disgusting. Around the napkin holders by the sauces also disgusting. Will not be back. If this is what the customer sees I can’t imagine what is in the kitchen where we can’t see.
