  My fiance and I stopped around 1pm today. We waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and decided to go inside. There was one employee during lunch rush, and the poor guy was slammed. Eventually I walked out, and several people left before ever fully walking in. One employee? Especially during lunch rush? Do better.

  I went today during lunch hour- Mellisa was working by herself. She was getting slammed but she worked very fast, but kept the quality great, and was also super kind even when dealing with a lot!

  Today on thursday april 30th 2026 me and my fiance walked into the subway here in holly michigan and as I went to the bathroom my fiance began ordering what she wanted and the cashier matt was not very friendly. Although he said hello and asked he was how we were doing the was a bland tone in his voice like he didnt actually care. Was rude to my fiance and to me when I ordered my food he was very blunt and wasn't polite about asking me what i wanted on my sub. The man never even looked up at us as he asking us questions about what we wanted. Negative tone negative atmosphere no smile no glances no nothing just blunt and disregarded entirely wish I would have had a better experience with this matt character

  Staff member on 4/30 2pm shift so rude barely listened to order! Then stated she didn’t charge me for an item i asked for. Just plain out rude 0/10

  Just a heads up the say they are open till 10 pm but they are not they close 30 minutes early. The open sign was on and the guy saw us at the door then turned around and went to the back. of course I thought that maybe the lobby is closed and the drive thru was open but it was not. this might be the worst subway. do not come here!
