  I dont typically write reviews for food service as I worked in the industry for 20yrs. It takes alot for me to complain as I understand things happen. However...We ordered 5 pepperoni personal pan pizzas one with jalapeños. 16 boneout wings with fries, 8 honey bbq 8 mild. My boyfriend picks up the order and comes home with no wings or fries. I call the store to let them know hes on his way back to pick up the wings. He returns home 20 minutes later (mind you our pizzas are cold now) he comes in with 16 traditional burning hot wings. Wth! No one is going to eat these especially my son. I call back and the girl who answered the phone i explained the situation to her and she says "ok let me get a manager" she gets back on the phone and asks what was wrong as the manager is speaking in the background. I explained not only once was my order wrong yet 2x and the manager tells her to let me know they will give me a $12 credit. A $12 credit for an almost $17 order of wings i didnt get!? Not to mention the extra trips to get the "right order" 40 minites of drive time back n forth for cold pizza and no wings. She relays the message and the manager says ok we will give you a $20 credit. At this point im beyond frustrated as here we sit with cold pizza n burning hot wings we aren't going to eat. Come on Pizza Hut train your managers how to handle customer service. Not only did we have cold pizza we had no wings and we wasted almost n hour back and forth to get the wrong order not once but twice! How does $20 rate for the inconvenience! Not ok!

  Not a very good location, employees outside hiting vape pins, not a good look of they don't care about that appearance they i really don't trust them touching and making my food

  Do not waste your money here. Pizza was cold by the time it got to my house and soggy. The "boneless wings" we're literally chicken nuggets they put in a sauce and did not even mix them. So only half of them were covered in the sauce. I could have gotten 10 times higher quality food for the price I paid. This place is pathetic and needs to go out of buisness.
