  Ordered a medium fry but got a half filled container, as you can see nothing was opened and we clearly ordered a medium. Took about 20 mins just to figure out how to make sure the right code was working. Unbelievable.

  Hi, we visited during Tulip Time. I showed tons of grace. I ordered from the app two hot caramel macchiato’s. I was told to pull forward, waited more than five minutes. (Which we were kind about as it’s a busy time) I’m a former McDonald’s worker, I know how crazy it can get. However the three younger girls we interacted with could definitely do better. The first one eventually brought us drinks but they were iced and in the wrong cup. I kindly told her we ordered hot and showed her on the app, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then another girl minutes later proceeds to try to hand us once again the ice beverages and I say once again this is not what we ordered. Then a third girl comes and attempts to do the same, I correct her, she walks off and eventually minutes later brings us the correct drink. It wasn’t stirred at all (or made properly) it tasted awful. Once my husband stirred both of our hot drinks it was better, maybe these girls are new. However they can do better and are not living up to McDonald’s quality of excellence. It wasn’t our fault the drinks were made incorrectly and that we were ignored twice when we tried to explain so. Some training is definitely needed as well as being taught how to properly interact with customers when it’s busy.

  Was refused service at 3:38 with 5 other people in front of me being served when I stopped to get breakfast, they close at 3:45 and reopen at 4:15, this is not the first time this has happened

  I’ve been going here for the past decade and I’m almost never gotten the correct order of the details I’ve mentioned, even after trying to clarify what I’ve said. Do not go to this McDonald’s go to the one on River instead. You guys suck.

  Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and when I got home I picked up the wrapper and knew something was wrong as it was extremely light. I thought maybe they gave me the wrong sandwich and it was just a sausage mcmuffin. NOPE it was literally just an empty English muffin. Some employee literally wrapped up a plain English muffin like it was the intended order and put in the bag and patted themselves on the back like they just did a job well done. Also I ordered and paid for a medium frappe and was given a small. Dont need 3 strikes to call this McDonalds out.
