  Worst Jimmy Johns experience I’ve had. Multiple screw ups on order. Once fixed the sandwiches were incredibly sad looking (hardly any toppings). We watched many other screw ups on other people’s orders as well. JV squad. 7/26/26

  I’m extremely disappointed with this Jimmy John’s location. This used to be my favorite sub shop, but after weeks of terrible service, I’m done coming back. Twice now I’ve walked into an almost empty store and been met with nothing but vacant stares from the employees. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. I stood there for 2–3 minutes waiting just to even be acknowledged while the staff acted like I wasn’t there. And even when I do finally get to order, they still manage to get it wrong almost half the time. Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and constant order mistakes, this place has completely gone downhill. It’s honestly frustrating because Jimmy John’s used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the experience at this location has become consistently awful. I gave it multiple chances, and nothing changed. I won’t be coming back.
