First time I ordered they made the entire order wrong just ordered 3 pizzas months later and guess what every damn one was made wrong. Maybe you should check if people you are hiring even know how to read.

- CSChris SotoApr 5, 20261.0Didn't refund. I was unaware they no longer do contactless delivery. I was unable to open the door so they took the food back after they tried calling. I called back and they explained they left because they had too many false claims of not recieving food. I understood and asked for a refund as I was unable to make contact. They insisted on delivering and leaving at door and taking a picture even though I said it was ok. I finally agreed, but after another 35 minutes I called and asked for a refund. The guy said "you want a refund?" To which I said "yes", he then hung up. This was on the 31st. I called to see how long a refund takes, I was told min 2 days. I called today and spoke to a manager, he said he'd take a look... Im hoping issue is corrected. Order was 50 dollars. If someone orders contacless it could save the store trouble to call before they prep the food rather than when outside. That way it saves staff trouble of making food if customer wishes to cancel and staff doesnt get upset.

They have to be killing food costs cause they are ripping off customers. I wont get from here again. Last 2 times saw the same employee lashing out at other employees this place sucks.
