  Chipotle decided that an AI phone-person is the right way to do business and will hang up on you when you ask to speak to a human representative. Was calling to check status on order that my dasher had been waiting for, for over an hour and 15 minutes and couldn’t get through to anyone. Will no longer eat Chipotle.

  Who made my order on Oct 1 at around 10:10 PM? Extra steak burrito bowl. Great job. You made one of the saddest bowls I've seen. The bowl itself was half full and you even forgot to include any sauce. So not only did I get cheated on for the portions, but it also turned out to me the blandest thing in existence. You really out did yourself tonight. Keep it up if you want to be a fast food line worker for the rest of your life.

  I made an online pickup order for a burrito and they gave me a bowl instead. I went up to ask for a tortilla so I could at least make it into a burrito myself and they just replied “that’s fine”. When I got home I realized they also forgot the cheese and the cilantro lime sauce that cost $1 extra. This will be the last time I come to this chipotle location.

  Chipotle has always been a go to place for me as a celiac who cannot have gluten. We went inside to order three burrito bowls. They were not busy. As soon as I told her one bowl had to be gluten-free, she simply looked at me and said “I don’t have any backup to put out for you” and left it like that. So only two of us got to eat. Not to mention the fact that everything was extremely messy and dirty. There was food everywhere on all of the surfaces; food on all of the floors. It was not a pretty sight. What a disappointment. Update: I just read the owner response and went to their website as they requested. This location does not come up so the “contact us” won’t let me continue. Another disappointment.

  On friday Sept 11th I went to the store in Holland, MI and was told they are only making orders from on-line and that they could not serve me because they were short handed. I saw 4 emp and one walked in that makes 5 and a manager. Please explain how you can turn away business when the manager just needed to work alongside his employees to help customers. Please talk to the manager because it looks like he does not know how to manage. And to top it off they did not have chili lime chips and ones they did have were stale. I told the manager after waiting a long time for him to talk to me that all I wanted was one bowl with 4 items that can be made in less than a min. He had one of his employees help me. How can you turn away people that come to your store ? So if I had my phone with me a could stand in the store and wait for my order just can't order in person?
