  Plan to be disappointed every time. They will NEVER be on time for what the app says. I don’t even leave my house until it says it is ready because on too many occasions I have showed up on time to get my order, and it wasn’t ready for an additional 30-50 minutes. They are ALWAYS out of something and most of the time you can’t even order in the store- has to be on the app. If you order on the app, something will always be forgotten from your order. Most of the time it is a sauce or Guac on the side.

  I have ordered pick up from this location several times and each time, I am left waiting an hour+ past the time it is supposed to be ready. They can’t cancel your order in store so you’re stuck waiting there for it or calling the 1-800 number. They could fix this problem but utilizing the main food counter but stick to the small one on the side and orders get backed up like crazy. I have reach out to the customer service and they don’t give a damn. Not only that, but the portions are usually small and cold when you finally do get the order. Don’t order from here.

  Went to Chipotle about 4:30 and they were out of pretty much everything the little amount of beans they had left so thick it looks like drywall paste No queso the worker that was serving me looked liked he wanted to be anywhere but work. I asked when they would have fresh beans again. He told me he doesn’t know and they are all out very unprofessional and rude On top of that, the place was a complete mess. The trash was overflowing. This was the third time in the past two weeks. I’ve had the same experience. I will never go back chipotle managers you should be ashamed of yourself. it’s very obvious nobody cares about there job it’s very sad because I’vebeen to others locations It’s always fresh and delicious. Holland chipotle is a joke

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and if you look at my history, I tend to keep things positive. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. This is easily the worst run business I’ve been to. They are constantly understaffed, and the employees who are there show no sense of urgency. Even simple orders take an unreasonable amount of time. Other Chipotle locations are like night and day compared to here. When they switch to online orders only, it actually makes things worse. The pace slows down even more, and accuracy drops. I’ve dealt with multiple wrong orders and extremely long wait times. My wife also ended up with food poisoning after eating here. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but the experience has been consistently bad and they clearly don’t care.

  Do not order online from this location. I placed an order and when I got there the doors were locked. I was able to go in when another customer was leaving. I went to the order pickup area and there were a bunch of people standing around waiting for their orders. They were out of chicken and steak. I asked if they could just substitute a different meat and they said yes but then they wouldn’t because there were still 12 orders they had to make before mine but they weren’t even making orders. I asked them to cancel my order and they said I need to call 800-CHIPOTLE. I called and that person was great. She canceled the order and refunded my money. I then got a notification my order was ready to pick up almost an hour after it was supposed to be ready 😂
