Incredibly stingy on portions when it comes to online orders/pickup, something is always missing from the bag and the Crew is helpful but give attitude. Taste wise the food is okay! It’s always a surprise coming to this location always something going on! Stingy crew members, unclean lobby, stale chips, out of certain food items, closed down due to unforeseen circumstances and restrooms not being hygienic. Chipotle in Holland is not a reliable location to enjoy the Chipotle experience/food/environment.

The shredded cheese had the same problem - there was a human hair (not mine) on the burrito (on the tortilla) as I unwrapped it. - they were out of guac which didn’t help. Go somewhere else.

We moved to Holland a few years ago and were extremely disappointed. The estimated time for online ordering pickup is off by at least 30 minutes. We didn’t go back for a year in hopes it got better, it didn’t. They forgot our kids chips, was 20 min late, and they were out of pico. (I wish they would’ve offered a substitute salsa instead!) we love chipotle, but this location must be extremely understaffed, and has been for years. 😅
