  I ordered 3 boxes in the drive thru. When I went to get my food, they handed me my drinks. I asked for a drink carrier. The lady huffed at me and said she would have to go all the way to the back for them. I proceeded to pull forward and wait for close to 10 minutes. They brought out all my food without another bag. When I got home, they gave me 2 diet cokes instead of regular coke. They also forgot ALL of our sauces. Definitely disappointed in this location.

  Online order, app said order would be ready at 5:32, I walked out with my food at 5:50. They forgot my marinara for my mozz sticks (again) and forgot my Arby’s sauce. I love Arby’s food but you guys are really struggling lately. I can’t keep coming here and paying the price you charge for the product I receive.

  Was asked to pull ahead to wait (7 minutes) on fresh food… fries were cold, sandwiches were average warmth, and the mozzarella sticks were nice and hot, too bad they forgot the marinara sauce! Been here multiple times over the years, and it’s always been hit or miss on food temperature and remembering all the sauces. I wasn’t surprised by this happening again tonight, but I was hopeful it wouldn’t! I’m sure I’ll try it out again in another month or three… McDonald’s across the street remains the only well run fast food place on South Washington.
