  I always get caramel chiller and am very specific on not wanting it hand blended. Today they gave me a hand blended an dont care for it. So wasted my 8.90 because I always leave 1.00 tip

  My family and I just tried to go to this location, and we are huge 7Brew fans! Unfortunately, the location of this 7Brew is built where the line crosses through a parking lot. We weren’t in the way of the parking lot and were told to move, along with other cars behind us. This wouldn’t have been a problem, however, the manager let all of the other cars behind us go first and they all cut in front of us, so obviously we didn’t think it would be fair for us to move and have to go behind them, especially after we had already ordered online. The manager was extremely unprofessional, telling us to just leave and go somewhere else. She also told all of the employees to “not talk to us” which is also extremely unprofessional! Definitely could have been handled way better by all of those employees. Complete waste of time waiting in line just to be told that they “can’t talk to us.”

  Not sure what the hype is. Coffee was mediocre. Ordered oat milk latte with hazelnut syrup. I didn’t really care for it even though I order that pretty much everywhere The only food or snack they had were muffin tops that are prepackaged and refrigerated because they’re not just room temperature, they’re cold. Staff super nice! Very cute pup cups!

  Went in the drive thru and took about 10 minutes to get out. You order to someone standing outside with a tablet. They flip the tablet to request a tip prompt of 15%, 20%, or 25% and then they flip it back over to have you tap to pay. My cookies and cream milkshake had no cookies, they forgot my drizzle, and it came out half melted. I'm quite certain that it wasn't what I ordered. My salted caramel milkshake literally came out with about 2 inches of liquid at the bottom of it. I was told I might have to mix it. Also, they have open sliders and windows which has led to an infestation of wasps all inside and all over all the syrups used to make all they drinks. I personally don't like any bugs or insects feeding off of ingredients used for my consumption.

  Almost everytime I come through staff is rude. Ofc there are some nice workers who I appreciate! But I'm tired of the rude staff. Some of them don't even let me choose to tip cause I always tip and I'm not sure why they just click no tip for me. Also drinks are inconsistent, I know they aren't always going to taste the exact same and that's fine but sometimes they don't make them with the right flavors or I'll ask for whip cream and there will be just a tiny dab of it lol. I feel bad complaining but mostly the attitudes of some disappoint me.
