  Terrible. Obviously short help, wait was excessive. Food not worth the wait. Won't be back. All around bad experience, waste of money. Why are they even open?

  This is the first Arby’s I have ordered at where the food was stale. Premade potato cakes were uneatable. The fry station was full of outdated/timed fries and potato cakes that needed a cleaning. 6 went right into the trash along with our patronage. We will never stop at this Arby’s again. Go to the Adrian store to learn how to serve fresh food!!

  We went to the Hillsdale Arby's Drive Thru. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes. The gentleman taking our order was very kind & apologetic. We could have been understanding but when we got our food my curly fries were barely warm and all I had were tiny little ends of fries. Inexcusable. My husband had crinkle fries & they were cold, dry, & tasted stale. Our sandwiches were of the same quality. Note to self...avoid Hillsdale Arby's.

  Our food was just “warm” even though we had to wait for it. Had too much food prepared in advance Sorry, won’t be back
