This is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell where they put meat on my tacos when I specifically swap them out for potatoes/beans bc I’m a vegetarian. If I pay extra for substitutions why do I not receive them?

Slowest taco bell ive ever been to, stood in the lobby for 35 minutes waiting for my food and watched 6 other get served in drive through before getting service only had 2 items ordered
The service was fast and the employees were friendly but the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was horrendous. Upon walking in there was trash and debris all over the floor and tables and could not sit down because everything was dirty. The fountain drink station was covered in all of the random liquids and stickiness and the trash cans were overflowing

I only really go to taco bell for fast food as a vegetarian. It's been wrong consistently even putting my order online. Besides that having to wait an actual hr for fast food is crazy. This was the closest location to by boyfriends but ill drive to another location instead of dealing with them next. I'm writing this as I'm waiting in the drive through and it's moved 3 people in 40 mins. First time I came here I put an order for drive through but we got there before the lobby closed so I went in to see if I got go to the bathroom and grab my order. They said no problem.. a full hr of me waiting and politely asking every 20 Mins or so until I was about to just leave then they told me my order has been ready and a worker yelled at another one. No clear communication going on there.

I have to give credit where credit is due.
Christian in the drive-through tonight is by far the best employee I’ve ever interacted with at this location. I’ll be honest… this hasn’t been my favorite location in the past because it’s usually not the best experience. Even tonight, the AI speaker wasn’t understanding my order (which happens often).
But instead of the usual attitude, Christian stepped in and made everything right with kindness.
When I got to the window, he repeated my order, stayed incredibly polite, and when the food was ready, he actually apologized for the wait and let me know he had caught and fixed a mistake before giving it to me. That really impressed me.
I even asked for his name so I could leave this review “Christian, like the Bible,” he said.
Christian, keep up the great work. Kindness and attention to detail go a long way, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I know it was “just” a Taco Bell order, but you took the time to make sure it was right before I even saw it, that says a lot about the kind of worker you are.
And for anyone wondering, it was just a Nacho Bell Grande with the chips on the side.
