    The only problem I've ever had was my car had died and I needed a jump and I went and asked them and the manager was really rude about it remind you this was 6:00 in the morning they had no cars through the drive-thru at all for like a good hour even after I asked and a couple staff member actually had came into work and still would not help me but I ended up getting some help from the customers I'm not going to give them backlash about it cuz I don't know their policy but they could have had a better attitude about it and I do feel like there's some stuff there at night Don't give a crap and then during the day they're amazing it's always at night you have problems with this place it seems like but again I'm not going to give no backlash about it cuz you just never know what people are going through

    I wish I could leave a negative number. It’s absolutely ridiculous that YOU GUYS can’t get a damn order correct and then I have now called SEVEN times and no one will pick up the phone. SERIOUSLY DO BETTER and now I want my money back smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also I will be keeping the food and bringing it back to you after work since you guys want to be so lazy you cant pick up a phone.

    I just ordered through the drive through. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with ketchup and cheese only, a large coke no ice, a large fry, a large filet o fish meal (coke no ice to drink) The guy at the window where I paid asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes but then never came back to the window with my receipt then the other guy at the 2nd window only gave me 1 pop. I told him I have 2 pops he refused to believe me, asked me to showhim my receipt I told him the other guy was suppose to give me one I tried to explain what I ordered and I saw the screen at the order screen it was right so I know I have 1 large I ordered separate from the meal which come with a pop he said all he sees is 1 large coke. Instead of continuing back and forth I just left. I will never go to that McDonalds again and I plan on posting on my Facebook about the terrible service. Also I will contact corporate. That guy was wrong and rude.

    Its unfortunate when one staff member is exceptionally nice while another is rude, dismissive, and lacks any sympathy for the mistakes of the organization they represent that the customer has to deal with. Family of five, $58 total, road trip home only to find that a quarterpounder is missing. Staff response? "That's it?". Don't trivialize our time, the trip, nor the purchase. We didnt have to choose McDonald's to patronize. Plenty of other options. When a meal costs $10.00 and is comprised of only 3 items, and the most expensive main item is missing, that's not trivial. That means someone isn't going to eat. That means someone has to sacrifice, and that'll be me. So add insult to injury trivializing the situation then arguing about how you apologized. An apology means nothing when its empty and only said because it's a company requirement, not genuine. Gas prices are high enough, fast food is not mandatory, so when someone takes the time to actually visit your establishment and spend their hard earned money with you, the least you can do is get the order right in the first place. And if its wrong, then at least be sincere when apologizing and not sound like an automation. Tired of apologizing, not my fault. Don't have enough staff? Not my fault. Treating each customer like they are your only customer and rate what they purshase, the key to a successful busines and good reviews. If it wasn't for the first staff member who was very nice to our new graduate, I'd say this visit was a total failure. Sorry she has to suffer a bad review with the other who turned a simple mistake into a ine star review.
