  Food was wrong and was traveling. Couldn't just turn around. Not from the area and won't be back in the area for a couple months so didn't call up there to complain. Wut thay gonna do remake it when I'm around again idk. I'd go to a different location next time I'm in the city.

  We ordered JJ to be delivered last night about 45 mins before closing. At about 15 mins to closing, we still had no food and were getting concerned. I called and spoke with Mark, who explained that they didn't have any drivers so they outsourced it to I believe DoorDash, and nobody came to pick it up. Mark then offered to remake the sandwich without it being requested, and resubmitted the delivery request to a different company (Uber Eats). Shortly thereafter, we got our food! And it was delicious. Thanks Mark for going above and beyond.

  Thanks for cancelling our order, 30 minutes after placing, with no notification. Further info, the order was placed over an hour before closing time, and within time for an order to be placed, to be delivered.
