    Whoever this owner is needs to clean house. Never have I EVER had such terrible customer service. Yelled at, cursed at, and kicked out, all because I was over charged and asking questions about the bill. If this was the absolute last place in earth that had food, I’d starve. Such hostility for no reason from both the man and woman that worked there. Power trip to the max. Went there on 6/27 at 4:28pm. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re a person of color.

    The workers are extremely disrespectful went as far as to call my family members who pick the order up for me out of their name. Was slamming stuff when I enter the building, trying to push us out of the building when we did nothing at all. I truly don’t understand why we were treated the way we were… When i called i simply said i was writing a review and that we were treated poorly. Whomever the worker is decided to call me and my family disrespectful names and was just overall the worst customer service i’ve truly ever experienced. If i could give a rating of 0/10 I would. I’m unsure how they even have jobs.

    Very strange customer service, the employee/manager young man just stared at us and questioned us every time we tried to order, making weird "having big hands" jokes and faces. I was cussed at and kicked out for asking him to stop messing with my mother and I. There were two people ahead of us that he didn't speak to, so I was surprised when he treated us that way.

    The lady at the counter acted like someone really pissed her off before I showed up. Very blunt and aggressive in her tone, slamming and throwing everything she touched. I thanked her for my order and as I walked out the door I heard her start talking snotty to the next customer. This is Thursday 6/4/26 at 10:00 a.m. If the owner wants to look at the schedule to see who worked that shift. I would can her in a heartbeat if I had and employee who acted this way to my customers. If I hear back from Subway, I might be inclined to edit my post.

    I just walked in to get a sandwich, waited two minutes for someone to come out of the back and the first thing they said to me was “what do you want” in an aggressive tone. I proceeded to tell them I wanted a foot-long sandwich, and she said “what do you want on it” even more aggressively. I decided to leave since she seemed to want me to. Without a doubt the most aggressive interaction I have ever had with any service employee.
