  Distracted high schoolers were left to run the store and despite me being the only customer in the entire dining room somehow “no mayo” was lost in translation and the girl running the line slathered it all over my sub before toasting it, didn’t even detect it until I was halfway through the sub and there was a huge gob of it. Didn’t even ask for my money back or a remake, I just left. You guys gotta pay attention. If I had an allergy or something that would’ve been curtains.

  I ordered a curbside pickup on 7-6-26. Girl who brought out my order acted like she didn't want to be working today. The store wasn't busy AT ALL. My sandwich had NO dressing on it. It's supposed to have mayo on it and had nothing; VERY dry. I picked JJ's for the curbside convenience due to being disabled; I won't be returning. I'll go across the street to Subway...at least you get a foot long sub for the price you pay. I'll just have to tough it out walking into the store. Too bad, Jimmy John's.

  Just went in and ordered a slim 4 specified no cheese. Drove 15 minutes home just to see there’s cheese and maybe 2 thin sad looking pieces of turkey on the sandwich. Whoever answered the phone was very polite and gave me credit to my account however everyone working looked a mess and seemed untrained. People wearing sweatpants with un brushed hair not even pulled back. Overall super dissatisfied.

  Best Jimmie Johns for quality of sandwich. Let's face it, its Jimmie Johns and the only thing that separates stores is how they make/present the sandwich. This one spread the toppings and meat evenly...seems like they actually cared about making a good looking sandwich.
