- ASAdara SesiJun 25, 20261.0Went to get a refresher. Kindly requested to have a little less green tea in my refresher and was denied due to ““ regulations from corporate” . In what world does it make sense that a customer can’t modify their drink even if an up charge is paid doesn’t make sense i’m paying almost 6 dollars for a drink that probably cost them $.25 and they can’t make modifications? Have never been given a problem by any other location except for this one.. Lost the customer/business. A good manager would at least offer the modification this time as a courtesy. Instead, she was rude and stubborn and sarcastically told me good luck.

I have watched 10 people plus come and go as I am still waiting inside for my order. Normally, I would not leave a review, but it is the second time this has happened. I thought it might’ve been a fluke the first time. The priority at this location is not inside customers. It is the drive-through. 22 mins for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee is just not ok and even though I’m writing a review, I’m actually still waiting at this moment. The Muggs and Bop is wonderful. The Dunkin is terrible.
