- RSRae SannAug 14, 20263.0Your employees need to learn how to pack a bag. You put the heavier items in first, THEN the lighter items. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of hash browns. Both small bags of hash browns were at the bottom of the bag, UNDER both sandwiches. So, what we ended up with was 2 big, smashed together balls of hashbrowns. It's not the first time it's happened at this location. It's "Bagging 101". Food's ok; typical fast food breakfast sandwiches & sides.

If I could give 0 starts I would but 1 is the lowest. Very rude and they will charge you for every little thing they can. I don't know who own this place but it is gonna go down hill. I should have to sit at a window and argue with an employee for over 5 mins about an iced coffee. It held the line up ... Plus they upped the prices for iced coffees as any other location I can get a large iced coffee for under $4 and free liquid sugars so avoid this one if you are trying to save money

We ordered a large coffee with 4 cream, how it’s supposed to come, and the drink appeared to have no creamer when he gave it to us. When we asked for it to be remade, he walked the drink to the back asked them if they put creamer and then came back telling us we’re basically liars and that there is creamer. Only after being asked twice to remake it, did he finally honor that request but not without a snotty attitude, eye roll, and a scoff. Even after being remade it’s VERY apparent that whoever made the coffee today did not know what they were doing as it’s very nutty and overpowering even with 5 sugar and 4 caramel flavoring. This isn’t the first time the quality has been garbage but this is the first time an employee copped an attitude so I felt a review was necessary. Avoid this Dunkin and go to white lake or wait 4 months for highland to open.

In what world does it make sense that a customer can’t modify their drink even if an up charge is paid doesn’t make sense i’m paying almost 6 dollars for a drink that probably cost them $.25 and they can’t make modifications? Have never been given a problem by any other location except for this one.. Lost the customer/business. A good manager would at least offer the modification this time as a courtesy. Instead, she was rude and stubborn and sarcastically told me good luck.
