  Nephew's birthday party was prearranged. Management seemed under prepared. Though a bit overwhelmed the staff were incredibly nice.

  I have been at this location several times and given them a 5 star review before but I took that down to post this one because all I can say is wow what a very disappointing visit this time. We ordered and waited 1 hour before our food came out the waitress apologized a couple times about the wait. So our food came out and it was horrible some of the boneless chicken wings were ice cold I ordered a cheeseburger and the bun was like it came out of the freezer and was still thawing out and was ice cold so I took it off to eat the meat and it was like it was old meat not good at all. The French fries were like potato chips way over done, now with saying all this they did give a credit and didn't charge the full amount. But you have lost a customer now because that experience was junk I'm not going to waste any more of my money at this location even if they gave me a discount

  The take out here is always wrong and never done at the time given. You are always stuck waiting 20+ extra min on top of the 35-40 min you get quoted for take out. Half the time food is missing. We’ve driven all the way home before just to find out the kids meals weren’t even there. Terrible service for take out.
