Every time I go in there the service is incredibly slow and they are always out of something. They've been out of cookies, out of brownies, out of chocolate syrup, and out of milk all on different visits. Tonight I go in there at 9:05 in June. It's still day light!! Kid says "sorry, we're closed". Inconvenient? Maybe, but, that's personal opinion. Bad business? Absolutely! I mean why would you close and ice cream store at 9:00 pm on an 85 degree Saturday night in June?!? There is a happy ending though - went to DQ pretty much right across the street. Quick service, excellent product, and they were not out of anything we ordered. This Baskin Robbins will not get a 6th chance from this Hartland resident.

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
