  The kid rang up my food wrong I tried getting them to correct it at the window but the kid kept walking away getting in his phone and they have this sign blocking the window so I couldn’t even attempt to get his attention. Finally someone came back to the window and opened it apologized for the wait and I said that’s fine but can you fix my order. He said I’m not even working back here and yelled for a kid named Kayden. Well it didn’t get fixed I’m currently in the lobby after having to pay for another meal I’ve now been at this McDonald’s for 40 minutes. I understand being patient but it also doesn’t help when I come into the lobby and the guy who took my order originally is arguing with a coworker who is off shift and they’re both cussing in front of all these children

  Slowest one I've been to yet. 18 minutes from time I walked in the door to the time I got my food. Was nearly 10 minutes until was reluctantly acknowledged by staff.

  It is a rare occasion when an order is correct at this location. I've just stopped to place a breakfast order for two. Almost $18 and I get home to two missing hasbrowns, and dried up breakfast burritos...

  I just have to give a shout out to this McDonald’s. It’s my favorite location by far. Specifically the morning crew! They are amazing and always so friendly. They are fast and my breakfast always comes out hot and delicious. Thank you Hartford McDonald’s!!
