  Paper towel pile in the bathroom instead of a trashcan. waited half an hour for a cup (that we ended up just reaching behind the counter and grabbing). they were yelling at people in the drive through the whole time for no damn reason... 😔

  I literally don’t know what they do to their food, but this is CONSISTENTLY the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life…..

  This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's. I've been to in my 38 years of living. Every single person in the lobby was waiting over a 1 hour for their meals. They were cold. My meal was sitting on the counter when I asked the lady for it. She grabbed it, put it back down and walked away. Then, people were asking for refunds and they were taking forever to do.So you need to hire people that actually want to work.This is called fast food restaurants, not paying your employees.Fifteen to seventeen dollars an hour to take over a half hour.For fast food service.

  Just too many instances of my order being wrong. If you order with the touch screen, it will not print you a receipt. You will have to manually remember your order number. If you're not aware of this, your order could go into the void even though you paid for it. They will ask you what your order number was and you won't know. You will have no proof of purchase. The screen that says "in progress" and "now serving" doesn't function, every order number just goes straight to "now serving." On many occasions if I make a modification to a sandwich they don't do it, even if I paid extra (like bacon.) I still come here sometimes but I think it's time to stop supporting them and find a better location in my area

  Extremely dirty lobby, poor customer service and entirely wrong order. While I would have accepted a busy store for lack of cleanliness and correct order, but instead of helping customers, employees are too busy shouting at one another and goofing off than helping the customer with orders they screwed up. Instead of being able to correct the mistake we had to wait for the tons of other people being ignored. Instead of correcting the order we instead gave up and just accepted the fact it wasn’t going to be fixed.
