    Ordered on mobile app. Says to go inside to pick up order. Get there and lobby is closed due to a staffing shortage. I get it but this is one of the worst run DQ’s I have ever been too.

    Why can’t you get a chocolate blizzard, not vanilla ice cream mixing with hot fudge. Your a ice cream place. Do better.

    Place is slipping on different levels. Not very clean inside and out. Service is ok. Some employees seem annoyed at special requests.

    I start to get ice cream for my family, and needless to say I was not impressed. The guy at the window was rude an had an attitude. And they messed up a portion of my order needless to say I won't be returning there any time soon
