The order took more than an hour and was never received. We had to get back on the road, so couldn't wait any longer. When we called the first time to check on the order, we were told that we delivery had left their store 9 minutes before we called. So we waited another 15 minutes, but the order still never came. We waited as long as we could until we had to leave. When we called the store again to ask for a refund, we were told the only person that could do a refund was, of course, not available. No food. No refund. No reasoning. No apologies. Very disappointing. We will probably never order Jimmy John's again.
