  Staff helpful and friendly they also worked as a team very well from what I observed Camille made things very easy for me due to me being a little challenged with my mobility

  We were traveling to the area and ordered from this restaurant. We were only 1 mile from the restaurant and on the same street. The order took more than an hour and was never received. We had to get back on the road, so couldn't wait any longer. When we called the first time to check on the order, we were told that we delivery had left their store 9 minutes before we called. So we waited another 15 minutes, but the order still never came. We waited as long as we could until we had to leave. When we called the store again to ask for a refund, we were told the only person that could do a refund was, of course, not available. No food. No refund. No reasoning. No apologies. Very disappointing. We will probably never order Jimmy John's again.

  Mixed lady with tattoos on left arm, heart necklace with face on it, acne on cheeks.. asked if I could get my sandwich toasted and she was very rude, all she said was “No” without even telling me why.. didn’t even give me mayo packets that I asked for and wasn’t a option to add it on sandwich so now my sandwich is going to be dry,. Very disappointed. She was the one making sandwich closest to the register.

  whenever i have a scheduled order it never comes in time. It’s about 40 minutes overdue from when i ordered it in an hour in advance. This has happened before and i can’t even have what i ordered because it doesn’t come in time.
