  Stopped here to grab lunch on my trip. The restaurant felt dirty the moment I walked inside. Lights were all dim behind the counter in the kitchen area. Even though Arby's did not have a lot of customers at the time, my order took a long time to be prepared, after I had ordered it. Seemed that the employees were taking their time in preparing the food. Once I finally got my order, everything was cold/room temperature. Nothing was warm, not even the fries. I ordered the Angus Sandwich and it was quite gross; it tasted like "hamburger helper" on soggy bread. It was very messy and the sauces was everywhere...including being on the outside of the sandwich bun. Definitely not worth the $12 meal. Very disappointed with this experience here.

  I love Arby's, but rarely let myself indulge. I intentionally planned to stop for gas (literally attached to this Arby's) at this location so I could treat myself to Arby's and get gas during a 4 hr drive on Father's Day... Two birds, one stone... The Arby's closed 15 minutes ahead of the listed hours on the door (which matched what I'd Googled). For a fastfood stop right off the highway this is especially frustrating for a business to do.

  Today I had errands, Arby’s was our last stop, rude people all day!! However, we pulled to drive thru gave our mobile order info and drove to the window! To our surprise was a young lady with a Smile, yes I said Smile! She was kind, accurate and again so very polite and that Smile made our day! It goes far and I told her just how much I appreciate her and that smile and kindness! She blushed but again! Thank you, Charlie! She was absolutely a day saver!!! I hope Arby’s appreciates her as much as we did today! Never seen her there before so hold on to her!!! Food was real good today and we got napkins without asking!!! 5 stars here!!!

  After driving all day, a truck driver, I went inside to get dinner and the sign on the door says they close at 10pm. At 9:50 pm they locked the doors and refused to serve anyone else. If you close at 10 then close at 10 not 9:50. The young man at the counter was rude!!!!! The manager was even ruder!!!! If I have to stop here again I will not be ordering their food. The service sucks!!!!!!
