  Das Essen ist geschmacklich einfach furchtbar. Und das Sandwich entspricht nicht mal ansatzweise der abgebildeter Ansicht. Niemals wieder 😱😡

  Ordered on the app and still waited 20 minutes. With only 2 people in front of me. Lobby looked like a war zone.

  Absolutely nasty building, no hair nets no gloves, workers are half awake im not one to give a bad review but this was miserable. Walked in and walked right out, smelled like burnt and over used oil and grime everywhere. 7 tables werent even cleaned with literal cups left behind.

  Food was good and came out quickly. However, we were disappointed to figure out we weren’t given the chicken tenders we paid for.

  Stopped here to grab lunch on my trip. The restaurant felt dirty the moment I walked inside. Lights were all dim behind the counter in the kitchen area. Even though Arby's did not have a lot of customers at the time, my order took a long time to be prepared, after I had ordered it. Seemed that the employees were taking their time in preparing the food. Once I finally got my order, everything was cold/room temperature. Nothing was warm, not even the fries. I ordered the Angus Sandwich and it was quite gross; it tasted like "hamburger helper" on soggy bread. It was very messy and the sauces was everywhere...including being on the outside of the sandwich bun. Definitely not worth the $12 meal. Very disappointed with this experience here.
