  Waited an 1 hour and 24 minutes for a refund for product I ordered, paid for, but they didn't have in stock. The manager on staff refused to refund. She called her manager who eventually came and refunded thee purchase. If I could give them zero stars, I would. While I was there and actually in the restaurant waiting, I took stock of the cleanliness (or lack there of). Took pictures of the dirty floors and counters, and listened to the foul language of the manager who was working.

  As something of a taco bell connoisseur this is the best location in West Michigan. Always has the promo items. Food is almost always ready quickly and have the least problems with the app when ordering from here.

  The female manager working tonight from 5:30pm-6pm was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mom and I came in for dinner and placed an order at the kiosk. We decided to pay in cash and went to the counter to pay, explaining to another worker that we needed to pay in cash. The worker (a new girl) told us that we weren't supposed to pay then, which we thought was odd, but waiting in line for probably 15 minutes. We were obviously in line for pickup and no one ever came to ask what we needed, let alone looked at us. After about 15 minutes we sat down, and waiting another 10 minutes. After about 25 minutes of waiting, my mom went up to the counter to ask if they had even gotten our order, which they hadn't because no one had taken our payment. She explained that we ordered at the kiosk and tried to pay cash, and the manager immediately got defensive and told us that we were supposed to tell them that, which we did. My mom was very frustrated at this point and told the manager that we did tell them that, and the manager started SCREAMING at my mother. They went back and forth for a few seconds and when my mom said we were leaving, the manager started screaming "have a good day" over and over, very rudely and sarcastically. Even as we were out the door, the manager was literally screaming things at us, all while other customers were eating inside. My bloodsugar had gone low from the long wait, adding to the frustration. The way the manager acted was completely ridiculous and unprofessional and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. They were completely in the wrong, didn't apologize or try to offer a solution. The manager was literally screaming at us and in front of other customers, I have never seen anything so dysfunctional in person! The manager is supposed to be the face of the company at the location, and she should absolutely be removed. Corporate will have records of us order from the kiosk if they try to get this comment deleted. DO BETTER!!!

  Lady I purple hair was rude my order was not even correct and the manager was no where to be seen. I will be getting cooperate involved

  Ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up the drive through line didnt move for 15 min. Called to ask why the line hadn't moved at all and was told they weren't taking any drive through orders for another 10-15 minutes because they were to busy. Ok great but how do I get the food I ordered and paid for already. Cars were packed in like sardines so I couldn't even move. Absolute clown show🤡. Will not be back.
