  The bread is always crusty/stale, which is a shame, because the employees seems nice and the restaurant is usually well kept. When bread is the main component of the sandwiches it needs to be fresh. I ran restaurants for almost 2 decades and the food waste cost is trivial in comparison to losing customers due to trying to save a few cents.

  First impression makes all the difference, today I was greated by a girl whose attidude said I don't want to be here! Tossing food while preparing my sandwich, slamming down the empty containers. A different customer even took notice... She was even asked if us being here was ruining her day. She said no, but her eyes and expression said otherwise... I hope she has a better day!

  This subway has the same menu at other locations but it seems more upscale. Eating lunch there was almost like eating at a coffee shop.
