  Just no...service was just not good. the lady helping us was very much whispering, and gave me lots of the other veggies, then when I said extra pickles she put the smallest pinch on. then when I said more pickles please she proceeded to add 3 more pickles on my foot long sandwich. then gives our sandwich without putting on the stickers that holds the paper together! over all not a great experience. if you have the time just go the extra mile to the Jesion subway. it may not be as pretty. but there is nice workers who will actually listen when you ask for something!

  We placed an order online and waited for more almost an hour and they barely started making the food 10 minutes after we entered being lazy and no idea what they’re doing do better

  I didn't get her name, but the lady who made my wrap was so kind! I had a great experience here, and it was so clean, too!

  We placed an order online and it said it would be ready 15 minutes later at 8:00pm. Went in at the listed time and the order wasn’t started, the gentleman at the register barely spoke English and it made the whole interaction more difficult. Sat there until 8:30 before they finally did my two subs. Multiple people came in and left before we got our food. They had to be told twice to start it and both times they looked at the order receipt and just decided they didn’t feel like making the subs until they helped literally everyone else first (including people that were showing up without online orders at 8:20). A total of 30 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready is insane. Not to mention, the location was NOT busy.

  Extremely frustrated with this place. I’ve given this location a lot of chances thinking things will change. This is the 4th time I’ve gotten a sub and the 4th time they absolutely screwed my sub up. I ordered online and picked it up, when I got home and took a bite I realized how much they screwed it up. I asked for EXTRA mayo AND honey mustard to which there was no honey mustard and hardly any mayo. I asked for it to be TOASTED and it was definitely not. I put tomato’s on it and there wasn’t a single one. It was majority lettuce and pickle and onion and so extremely dry. So I spent money and was very hungry after not eating all day and was so excited to sit down and eat this sub and it was NOTHING how I ordered. If you don’t like your job and have no motivation in customer service don’t work in this industry. This Subway has the laziest employees and every time they never pay attention to what I want. If I’m spending money I want it done correctly. Never will come to this Subway again.
