- RDRob Damato5 days ago5.0Although there are many great servers at this location today Todd was our server, he was very prompt, polite and professional. Mario the Manager is a hugh reason this location is the absolute best outback and really restaurant in and around West Michigan. When I want a good filet thats tender and always cooked to proper temp, I can count on this location to serve up a great meal. Thanks for the great service as always

We arrived right on time, and were told we’d have to wait 16-17 mins — first strike. The waiting area was packed, and being 32 weeks pregnant, there weren’t any places to sit to wait. We wound up waiting 20 minutes, seeing plenty of empty tables and servers nowhere to be seen, before we cancelled our reservation. Terrible.
- HGholly gallapooMar 23, 20265.0I don’t know why they are closing Outback restaurants. I found this one when I was looking for a place to eat after an ER visit. I am so thankful I did! This was the best meal I had from a restaurant in very very long time. The potato soup is the best soup I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The whole meal and service was absolutely amazing! Thanks to a great end to a very long day!!!!
