  Complete joke, been sitting here for 15 min waiting to order and no one is talking. They see us and turn there heads away fast. Pathetic do NOT waste your time coming here

  The man working the intercom was so very rude! We asked if they had diet dr pepper and he said no, which is fine and then we asked if there was 0 sugar just to see and he said “I don’t know how many times I have to say no”, Idk what about that made him so mad but don’t work in service if you can’t handle 2 questions without being rude.

  Every table is filthy,customer Service was garbage. We stood there for 10 minutes. Nobody said anything to us. They were all arguing about what hours who was working and who didn’t wanna work! I’m disgusted and I’ll never come back here or probably another McDonald’s because I’m sick of everybody not wanting to work

  We only come here a few times a year out of desperation-- our order has NEVER been correct. Last month, we got 2 orders of hotcakes/big breakfast... As per usual at this location, there were NO syrups and NO silverware in the drive thru order-- accidents happen to all of us though! We're all human. My husband drove it 8 minutes to our kids as a super fast meal between games... So, husband had to drive 8 minutes back to this horrible place and then 8 minutes back to our sons..... IT GETS WORSE... When he got back to this store the incredibly unprofessional manager was a joke and she REFUSED to give him 2 syrups as "you only get one per order." SHE MADE HIM PULL UP OUR ORDER IN THE APP TO PROVE WE ORDERED TWO STINKING BREAKFASTS (that were already Ice cold, by the way..... That was the morning manager and she was terrible.... --------- Yesterday we ordered ONE kids meal through drive thru. Ketchup only burger. The drive thru was very slow. My son and I had time to get out of our vehicle (that was 4th in line) in the drive thru line, go inside, and use the bathroom and our order had just been delivered thru the drive thru and my husband was just pulling out with our order.... Another family with a small child did the exact same thing! We got to our destination, 5 minutes away. The burger had heavy ketchup and mustard. We drove back again. We walk in. The night manager looked at us with is holding the wrapped burger. She was so incredibly rude the entire interaction, the tone, how put-out/annoyed she was. She was also annoyed that we asked for it plain this time (so it couldn't be messed up). There are much worse problems on this planet right now than a burger made wrong. Many of us have worked food service and WE GET IT, we ALL have rough days and we are allll human, but this is a job and the attitude and accuracy does reflect on EVERY employee and the ENTIRE BRAND. It's a cheap kids meal burger that we ordered the right way. The managers and some of the staff need to be reminded that this is a business. Some employees are doing a great job. UPDATE: I did fill out the form that was posted below. I would really only be satisfied with a gift card that we could use at another location. It is clear, based on all of the incredibly similar reviews, that this is not an establishment to revisit.

  Absolutely rude customer service. This rude employee screamed at me and my friends through the intercom for “being too loud” while ordering. The worker needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe with some proper training we can get this rating back up to a 5 stars but that’s pushing it. I had a prior experience where this location with the same man. Didn’t give me a my drink cup and shut the window on me. Didn’t think to complain the first time but golly gee this is so unacceptable. Yes the Dr. Pepper was delish was besides nope. I think i’m going to have to go to a different mcdonald’s from now on after this experience
