  The customer service was terrible, infact one of the workers there accused me of lying and charged me for something they did. Worse experience ever. Never going back there

  Now I can see why you dropped your freaky fast slogan. 35 minutes to deliver one sub? I could have ordered a pizza if I wanted to wait that long. I get being under staffed. But that is a long wait time for a sub. It wasn’t even that great. I asked for extra mayonnaise, it looked like the regular amount. The lettuce looked a little on the brown side. The bread was good at least. They got that part right. It kinda turned me off from this place for awhile.

  Waited 25 minutes while the dark haired girl making the subs thought it was funny we waited so long while 9 other people who ordered after us got their orders. Then they set our subs on the counter and walk away we order from u a minimum of twice a week and spend 70 dollars each time u literally just ruined and took our whole half hr lunch break away and thats funny to ut workers while the manager is standing there and not caring at all super upset do better....
