  Upon arrival, the restaurant was filthy... Smudged windows, food all over dirty tables, food on the floor, and overflowing trash cans. The gal that made my bowl clearly did not want to be there. They were also out of shredded cheese and served me stale chips that must have been on the shelf for multiple days. I felt like I needed to shower after leaving.

  Normally I have great food from this location. Today I ordered for delivery. It was ordered and delivered within 30 minutes. No issues there whatsoever. The problem is - my meat was so COLD it almost tasted like it was just thawed out from frozen. Literally COLD. Rice? Warm. But every bite into my steak was just pure cold. Also my chips were stale. Super upsetting.

  The steak on my bowl has sat at improper temps on the line that the fats have started to solidify around my cold meat. My chips aren't cooked. Floppy, oil soaked strips. Employees preparing food without gloves, hair down past their ankles, and orders just standing around chatting. How has corporate, or the health department not shut this place down? I’ve managed similar locations and can ASSURE, this is no where near ethical food prep, or the 1-2 standards Chipotle may claim to uphold

  Ordered 3 bowls- all 3 were different size portions basically got a small, medium and an extra small one? Shouldn’t they all be weighed same portion size and at least for $15 each be a medium size? 5:30pm on a Monday night and every table was dirty, and I mean extremely dirty and probably not wiped down size open or lunch time, can just imagine what the kitchen looks like if the dining room and lobby look like this. Will not be back.

  So sad and disappointed. It was my first time ever trying chipotle. We ordered through doordash a half hour before the listed closing time. We ordered two burrito bowls and a large order of queso and chips. I ordered a beef barbacoa bowl and it was missing cheese, corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, queso and shredded cheese. dasher let us know that the queso was "out of stock". Ordered my fiance a carnitas burrito bowl and that was missing Guacamole, tomato salsa, fajita veggies, cheese, green tomatillo salsa, and queso. Obviously we also didn't get the queso as it was "out of stock", the staff offered guacamole, yet they didn't put it on my fiance's bowl. Gave us the chips for free and sent the dasher on her way. Extremely disappointed. The bowls were nearly flavorless. Expected more for it being so expensive. Doordash wouldn't even give us the full amount refunded for all the ingredients missing. Won't be ordering chipotle again. I work in food service, I know the queso is literally out of a bag and this just felt so lazy. I would understand if the order was made a few minutes to close in person, but a whole half hour ahead of close really sucks. Also found random chicken in my bowl. Seems messy and rushed for a business that loves to boast the use fresh ingredients.
