  Terribly managed. Line out the door with one person making the food and one person working the register while others were slowly walking around sweeping. Ridiculous service. Highly highly disappointed.

  Waited 30 min for an online order that said it was “ready” for pickup. Finally had to leave, lunch break was over. Could have gotten in line and had my order made 10 times over in that time but silly me thought ordering ahead would be faster. And I definitely wasn’t spending more money at that point. Restaurant was dirty, trashes full, customer service not customering. Will not be returning.

  I came in on Wednesday, September 30th at 4:45pm to pick up my catering order for 30+ people and the staff member informed me they did not have a catering order. I placed the order online as I was told by the morning manager at this location to do. After I showed them my email they admitted they did in fact receive it but did not have it done. They offered a refund immediately and I said no I have 30+ people to feed in an hour I need my food order. I said can you have it done in an hour. After some hesitation they told me they could. We returned and our order seemed to be ready but no one was interested in telling us that. We went to the counter and were told yes it's ready and sitting over there. We carried the order out without checking on it because we were already late with hosting our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The queso was missing as well as the tortilla strips as well. Not one employee apologized for the inconvenience. Not one! The manager would not even come out and speak to us. He was a coward. They acted as if I was an inconvenience. We were late for our event we were hosting and it was completely embarrassed. BEWARE of their inability to promise a catering fulfillment order.

  when I arrived at chipotle, they let me know that they were shortstaffed and so only online orders were being taken. So I sat down and ordered my food online and then waited for 30 minutes for my food to get done when the app anticipated a 10 minute wait. There were 2 employees messing around in the back and 1 rearranging the chairs and tables while 1 was left doing all the food. I wouldn’t be as frustrated with my experience if I didn’t realize that my food had been waiting on the counter for about half that time just needing bagged. I have worked in the food industry and I understand multitasking on multiple orders. However, there was only one person making orders and she waited until 6 were done Before bagging and giving them to the customers. My food is now cold And I am completely unsatisfied with the professionalism and customer service at this location

  I don’t mean to be dramatic, but this was horrifying. Trash was spilling out of all the cans onto the restaurant floor. Nothing was stocked- straws, napkins, lids, etc. The lemonade dispensers were completely empty. My food was cold and to be honest I only ate it because I was so hungry while traveling and didn’t want to make another stop with a baby in the car. Oh, and Chipotle, as a company, you need to do better; it’s 2026 and you still don’t have changing tables in your restrooms? I got my baby out of the car, in the rain, stepped over trash in your restaurant, waited in line for your dirty restroom. Only to find out there’s nowhere to actually change my infant’s diaper.
