Came to treat our mom for Mother’s Day our server was absolutely miserable, understandably so. Mother’s Day is a difficult day for everyone in the industry, we gave her the benefit of the doubt until our food took 2 hours to come out, when asked what was going on out of curiosity she snapped at us and let us know “it wasn’t just us and everyone’s meal was taking this long” and marched away before we could say anything else. I was so taken aback, we had been kind and understanding the entire time, I think that after two hours of waiting for food and having to ask for refills multiple times because she would constantly forget about us. The least she could do was offer an explanation and listen to our grievances. Food finally came out and meatballs were missing and food was dry. The manager was kind and funny but nothing was offered for our wait and rude server. I don’t completely blame the server for our poor experience, the restaurant should have stopped offering certain menu items they were out of and warned us when we were seated, or stopped seating. A new mother beside us had to leave abruptly because she waited an hour only to be told her dish wasn’t available. Still, it was Mother’s Day and there is a certain standard of service that should be expected when spending your hard earned money.

We decided on coming here for our Mother’s Day dinner. This was our first time & honestly what may have been a bad experience for others was a great one for us. It was so packed (Mother’s Day) and the kitchen and staff were exhausted by the time we sat down. They were pretty backed up in the kitchen and we waited a little while for our food which didn’t bother us because our server Patty was the sweetest & most welcoming server ever. She accommodated to our every need & made us laugh and smile the whole time. She honestly went above and beyond for us. Every single person in there were moving and working together to make sure everyone was happy. The environment was great. They even discounted our food because they felt so bad and gave us complimentary desserts which was so sweet. Great first experience and we will be back soon!

My husband took us hear for Mother’s Day worst service ever our server was horrible and very rude understandable that’s it busy but we waited after calling ahead an hr then placed our orders waited 2 hours for our meals to come out completely wrong I’m highly allergic to mushrooms we said no mushrooms on both meals both came out loaded with mushroom and both sides were the wrong sides no apologies nothing then waited even longer for our food to get fixed an it was still wrong pisses me off we never had an experience like this hear before by the time the food came back it it was the same plate with the mushrooms brushed off cold and all I told them I cannot have mushrooms they obviously didn’t get it terrible service for mothersday I can’t believe it the table next to us walked out too 2 I. Hours they never revived there food same server then when they did get the food the kid never got there meal so sadd man

If it wasn't for our amazing waitress Amber this place wouldn't be worth it , kitchen didnt get things right , all the kids working standing around on their phones . Our waitress did everything and she went way above and beyond for us to have a wonderful dinner out . I've never seen a waitress work so hard and care so much and she had no help . More waitresses should be like Amber. If the staff amd kitchen paid attention and worked as hard as this waitress then this restaurant would be way better then what we experienced. Give that waitress a management position!

I had such an amazing experience at Carrabba’s thanks to our server, Maxeene! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely comfortable and welcomed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and provided outstanding service throughout the entire meal.
Everything was perfectly timed. She brought out the bread and soup first, then waited until I finished my soup before bringing my salad. She consistently refilled both my soda and water without me even having to ask. Once I finished my salad, my entrée came out fresh and right on time.
What really stood out to me was how thoughtful and genuine she was near closing time. It was around 9:40 PM and the restaurant closed at 10 PM, so I asked for a to-go box because I didn’t want to hold anyone up. Instead of making me feel rushed, Maxeene kindly told me to relax, enjoy my dinner, and not worry about the closing time. That meant so much to me because many restaurants make you feel hurried when they’re about to close, but she did the exact opposite.
To top it all off, when I was ready to leave, she boxed up all of my food for me herself. Her hospitality, professionalism, and kindness truly made the experience exceptional. I will absolutely be requesting Maxeene’s section every time I come back. She is amazing and deserves recognition for the incredible service she provides!
